I'm Zhiyan, a software engineering manager at Shopee.

Some fun facts about me:

• Ex-freelancer (paid for my college education writing PHP - best programming language ever. Fight me.)
• Cofounded 2 startups (both failed miserably)
• Ph.D drop-out (research is hard)
• Joined Shopee in 2016 (and found peace since then)
• Worked on early versions of Seller Center, logistics, ShopeePay wallet (likely wrote some shitty code that's still running today)
• Now, leading the Marketplace Buyer team and building a better Shopee everyday!
